The property was clean. The sofa bed was broken, so staff at the reception didn't charge us for the parking but at the same time clearly mentioned her inability to do anything further. The breakfast was for name sake, it would have been better to not have it.

Staff are amazing!

I stayed at the Sterling Hotel for one night. I stayed in the deluxe queen room. My room was at best decent. The room was in need of a better cleaning, better decor, had some chips and dents, the TV didn't have anything to access to watch anything, staff isn't around after 4pm, and I think that they can do better! I couldn't get the jet on the Jacuzzi tub to turn on and I texted the number that was given and got no response. They didn't acknowledge my text at all during my stay. It would be helpful if staff was available for at least a few hours during the evening time to help customers. When I checked in they should have included instructions on the Jacuzzi tub. They say that they are operating like a bed and breakfast when there is NO breakfast. Coffee was available in the lobby and in the room. I think they could have spared a few more k-cups for the Keurig and I had to go down to the lobby to get more coffee. They could have included sugar too! I also think they should have included a lamented sheet or binder of restaurants and things to do nearby. It would have made my stay easier to navigate. I'm disappointed in the lack of service. I really believe that they can do better!!!

We absolutely love this property. Everything was clean. The rooms were super nice air-conditioning. Very very cold. We got an accessible room and it was truly accessible. Literally only steps from the front door. We will definitely be coming back to this place.

We had a very clean room, comfortable beds and and liked the pool area and outdoor space. The cafe was ok but quite limited. The shower was also a bit awkward and it got the entire bathroom floor wet.
