Welcome to The Grace Stay in Chicago!—a cozy, 3-bedroom getaway nestled in the quiet Kilbourn Park neighborhood. Whether you're in town to explore Chicago’s iconic downtown, catch a Cubs game, or day trip to Indiana Dunes, this home is your perfect launchpad.  
  
Guests have full private access to the entire home—no shared spaces.  
  
Self-check‑in with a keypad makes arrival a breeze.  
You’ll also have access to:  
  
Backyard and firepit area (seasonal use; instructions provided)  
  
Laundry room (washer and dryer + basic supplies)

The host was great! I gave this place a 3 because of the toilets and stairs. We had to throw our toilet paper in the trash can and the stairs were a little sketchy. Also, the train woke us up every morning and there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs apartment. We are from the country and not used to the city life. Great location for the wedding we came to Chicago to attend.
