Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Chicago and our delightful condo has to offer. Vintage charm with hard wood floors throughout. Easy second floor walkup. Sheets are 800 thread count with feather down comforter. Board games supplied to enjoy around the games table in the sunroom. Located steps away from the Andersonville neighborhood which was voted the second coolest in the world by Time Out Magazine in 2021. Neighborhood amenities feature unique local retail shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs, wine places coffee-tea shops, gyms, beauty salons, grocery stores, dry cleaners and the Swedish American Museum. The best part is everything is in walking distance. The condo is accessible to both the Metra trains as well as Chicago’s convenient “L” Red Line trains. Only a short mile stroll to Lake Michigan & it’s beaches. Rentable e-bike and scooters are also available within walking distance. Uber/Lyft's are plentiful and easy to come by. Street parking is available; zone permits supplied upon request.
