“Didn't pay for 5-star hotel so didn't expect 5-star conditions, only cleanliness, instead after driving 7 hours in the night to get here, with a kid as well, they gave us a dirty room with dirty sheets, full of different flying bugs. Told a guy about it and he had the audicity to give us "clean" sheets to change them ourselves, some of them didn't even fit so in the end he changed our room. Next day we arrived later in the evening at the property and they told us we didn't respect their rules……
