"Excellent accommodation! This is a charming, sweet, exceedingly clean property with lovely sunlit rooms, fantastic lake and pre-alp views, and pleasant staff. The included breakfast was very good and the location wonderful. So happy to have stayed here!"
"It was lovely we were upgraded from 2 rooms to a 3 bed with bathroom. It was very hot but each room had a fan. The people were so friendly and lovely. The food was lovely with 10% off dinner - fab!! The car had to be parked in the local parking 5 min walk quite cheap. Fine. I definitely recommend. We stayed one night. "
"This property uses shared bathroom located on each floor hallway. It is dirty and very less maintained. The rooms are dirty and have bugs. In addition, rooms lack air conditioning systems. The hotel provides small fans that don’t work properly. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night. Unfortunately, they didn’t support. "
"When I walked into this property I knew it was going to be a great stay. The presentation of everything is fantastic. The setting on the lake is gorgeous and when I got to the room it was no different. The room was absolutely spectacular as the rest of the property was .
The bed was super comfortable. All high-end hardware for the door handles the bathroom hardware. Everything was an incredibly high standard quality build. Even the hotel room door is something I would love to have on my own house. Great place and I will definitely be staying there again. Maybe next summer"
"There is no reception and no actual key given, just a link to a website where you remotely unlock the door - which only works on one phone. This is very inconvenient and you are depending on that one phone and internet connection to get in the property and the room.
Whilst the room itself was great, and the staff from the restaurant downstairs are very kind and helpful, there should be an actual reception and key to each door. "
