For the price this place is exceptional! Comfortable, clean, very nice proprietor. We slept well which doesn’t usually happen at hotels. One recommendation…if you are a light sleeper, get a room in the back. Only two queens back there but the traffic noise in the front will keep you up all night. We will come here again!

Check-in was so quick and easy, but the best part was the room. It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I plan on staying here every time I travel from Denver to Dallas. It’s far enough from the highway to be quiet, but still close enough to restaurants and gas stations. Nice place.

Lots of dead bugs on the floor. Tv and telephone were difficult to get to work. Staff were very responsive in answering questions. Was not ideal place to stay. It was okay and the price was probably higher for the condition. They need to replace the old beds and carpet. Carpet was torn in some areas. 1st room had a terrible odor. Second room smelled better. Still had a little odor.

Understood going in that this was a budget priced hotel. Unfortunately, the carpet smelled of mildew. The room was clean otherwise and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked. It was just the smell of the carpet that kept us awake most of the night.
