Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. "We booked a 5 night stay at The Milk House, as it was an ideal location to meet up with our grown up children living in Bristol and Tidworth.
