Some staff were top tier, going above and beyond to make the stay great and easy; others probably need more training in hospitality but the good ones were excellent. Decent gym, okay spa (both operated by private companies).
Could use more furnishings in the lobby and more/better restaurant options, but the bar is excellent. Rooms are solid, with great beds and other furnishings. The suite is worth it.
Good proximity to some bars and restaurants, and not too long a walk to Sukhbaataar Square. "
