Beautiful Stay with an Easy Check-In
The check-in process was super easy and convenient. I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute, and I came across this property and booked it right away. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. Everything was just as expected, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m in Atlanta.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (774 reviews)
The Hotel is beautiful and has a LOT of potential but the service was subpar. I am not sure if they are under new management or has an all new staff but no one knew what was going on there. Well kept, beautiful location in a fantastic part of town but service needs to be at that level.
1.Our visit was thur - sunday for my birthday weekend. Our room only had 1 bathrobe and we spoke to the 2 nice ladies at the front desk at 7am on friday morning requesting a second robe since there are 2 of us and to get the room serviced - got back at 6pm and no-one ever went in the room.
2.Since it was my birthday, my girlfriend emailed the hotel requesting to set something special and never got a reply or any type of answer.
3. the cafe hours are not accurate either, sign says 7am and it was past 8am with the closed sign still up.
4. Went down to the speakeasy for a drink and dessert as they were opening, the bartender comes and asks what we will like, they did not have what I asked off the menu and she just walked away as if the conversation was over and we would not like to order anything else. So we go upstairs and order 1 dessert to go, there are 6 people in the bar, the kitchen had 4 orders of desserts in and the chef kept coming out, more than twice asking the 2 young ladies if that was accurate.
The place is really cool and pretty but I really recommend y'all get it together. The place and people are too nice for it to be so disorganized.

"We will be back ! We loved the lodge. However, There was a roach over an inch long in the shower our 1st night there. We laughed as we gave it a swimming farewell! And 2nd, the heat/ac was rattling quite loud , but we were so tired we slept through it! It would make watching the tv a bit hard! It ..."
