They even provided a single rose for International Women's Day. The room is clean with excellent lighting. Love the small balcony with doors that open up so we could get some of that fresh Mang Den mountain air. The amenities are some of the best. “The hotel didn't give me the room with a balcony that I ordered, but what was even worse is that there is no restaurant anywhere nearby and there wasn't a bar either. I was stuck eating instant noodles during my stay there. Did I mention there were rats in the area I was cooking these noodles? Naturally, the room I was in didn't have hot water and while they offered to open up a room just for me to shower in, when I got back from my walk, the hotel was completely deserted. It was very overpriced...

“Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait.
