"Excellent Hotel with lots of amenities and a wonderful onsen/ sauna. Great location for catching the 20 minute ferry to Miyajima island which is a beautiful, must visit. Going to peace museum is a lot more of a trek / train ride but it’s not too bad. Highly recommend!"

"When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. "The girls that work the front desk were wonderful. They went above and beyond to get us settled in and to help send our luggage ahead anything we asked they were very helpful. Rooms were very nice. Location was great especially if you wanted to see that the atomic bomb and the peace park highly recommend this hotel."

"I would recommend, and I would stay here again. The staff were excellent. Location is far from the train 25 minute walk, but central to everything else. The breakfast is excellent. To our surprise they had happy hour at 5:00 free drinks and light snacks. The room was a good size."
