So we returned to front desk at 1430 to check -in, but now were told we must make appointment with a PRE-check-in person before going to front desk. So we waited until PRE check person received permission to allow us to go to front desk to check in. Staff was courteous. Hotel location was great. Room was nice and clean. TV was confusing to operate. A/C was not working"
