“Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.”

“Auf einer längeren Reise unser schlechtestes Hotel! Es sind absolut nur Low-budget-Zimmer zum überteuerten Preis! Billigste Einrichtung, man liegt direkt auf einer alten Matratze mit dünnem Laken, keine Hygieneschoner oder ähnliches. Es gibt auch kein Lattenrost und im Bad findet man schwarzen Schimmel! Keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank! Unsere Bitte eine kleine Box mit verderblichen Lebensmitteln in einen Kühlschrank des Restaurants zu legen, wurde auch abgelehnt. Von Service ist man hier……

“Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand und haben diverse Mängel an Türen, Fenstern, etc. ”

“The layout of the washroom was really bad. When you open the door the toilet is blocking your way. Front desk has a hard time communicating and gets irritated after a little service conversation. A lot to mention but I will leave it like that for now.”
