"The room was uncomfortable due to the noise from traffic and disturbances coming from the neighbouring room. During my stay, I experienced two separate instances where my room was left unlocked after it had been cleaned. Despite informing the reception about these issues, they did not seem to take my concerns seriously. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to return, even if the stay were free. Moreover, I feel compelled to warn that if you are Black, you should think long and hard before visiting Italy. My personal experience living in Milan for ten years has shown me that things have deteriorated considerably. Milan has shown me for ten years that things have deteriorated. Considerably. "
"Hotel is within easy reach of Milan centre by train which is a short 5 minute walk to train station. Reception staff were polite, accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast is good and adequate and coffee exceptional. Staff overall were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Parking spaces close to hotel entrance is lacking but available for free. Bathtub showers are not appropriate and are dangerous, especially for the ederly to use. AC works well. Room facilities and bed are good. Daily House keeping was very good. Bathrooms could use more lighting. Local shopping, supermarket and cafe/restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from Hotel."
