“When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile, offered a free drink anded to my room. It continued everyday. The breakfast for me was a good start to the day before going on tours. Spice market and food area s are nearby and transport for bus and T5 tram and ferry a stone thrown away. Staff are always welcoming and couldn't have asked for more. I enjoyed the view from the terrace while drinking my Turkish tea even the rain we visit again. Thank you ”

“Sejour exceptionnel dans un bâtiment historique d'époque (19eme siècle). Nous avions l'appartement luxe avec vue imprenable sur la Corne d'Or et Sultanahmet. Spacieux, confortable, lit très grand... meublé avec goût. Le manager de l'établissement, Samet, est un mélange de gentillesse et de volonté pour nous satisfaire, en communication directe avec nous sur whatsapp. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement. Merci Samet pour tout, tu es un amour.”

“Sehr sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück bietet eine tolle Aussicht, und einige Zimmer – darunter auch meines – haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Galata-Turm. Auch der organisierte Transfer vom und zum Flughafen verlief unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ich würde dieses Hotel nochmal buchen. ”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“Wonderful people working here. They help you with whatever you need. The offer clean drinking water, coffee, and herbal tea daily. They help you order food from restaurants which is not English speaking. I could continue about their service. The worst thing about this hotel and I'm not upset about is" my room is tiny. tiny..”

“Einer der saubersten Zimmer die ich bisher in İstanbul hatte. Die Einzel-Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber das war kein Problem für mich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Nett gewesen und haben mich sehr gut aufgenommen. Außerdem wurde mir durch mein Mitgliedschafts Vorteil über Expedia vom Hotel aus eine 1x Kostenlose Wäsche waschen & trocknen gegeben. Man kann dort im Nachhinein selber auch Bügeln. Sehr empfehlenswert von meinen Erfahrungen aus.”

“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”
