“一開始飯店服務人員說幫我們升級房間,結果房間像是很久沒住過人一樣,浴室的桌子,浴室的地板,床旁邊的桌子一摸全部都是灰.聯絡服務員後說三樓在施工所以很多灰….可是我們是住五樓？請他們打掃後地板也還是灰…. 住了三天,只提供一瓶水,然後誒訊問後說不管住幾天就只提供一瓶水..之後要付錢…”
