The best hotel in Istanbul for our family . Great kids amenities , great gym, very well maintained sauna and steam room, great heated pool and amazing breakfast. My kids are allergic to diary - so hotel cooked special breakfast for kids every day. Just amazing place to stay all around.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I am extremely satisfied. I would especially like to thank Pelin for taking such wonderful care of everything. From the reservation process to the room and its view, as well as the check-out, she made sure that everything went smoothly. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel very welcome and well looked after. Great experience, Very nice gym. Josephine restaurant was outstanding. Prices seemed fair and quality was great and portions were large for such a gourmet restaurant. Best views as well. Regular rooms and ocean view rooms are small, we upgraded to a junior suite. Overall nice stay. Ps. Be careful with Istanbul cab drivers, they will drive you around for no reason to charge you extra and many were dishonest. Also be careful going into any unknown establishment and always check the price before you drink or use any service. You can easily get ripped off. This hotel is a nice bubble in the middle of Istanbul!

We had such a great three nights stay at Rixos Tersane, with my family. The staffs were so welcoming and helpful. My room upgraded to full sea-view and additionally with balcony. Breakfast buffet was also great with lots of options and a great view. In extra, I would like to extend our thanks to Mrs Kubra from guest relations for assuring a comfort stay with an extra services by arranging indoor pool for the kids at Aliee Hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and very well designed. The lobby area was especially artistic, full of beautiful artwork that gave the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English fluently, which made everything very comfortable for us. A special thank you to Sofia for her kindness and professionalism; she made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back.

The Rixos Tersane was a spectacular hotel. The attention to detail, decor and comfort were excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the choice of restaurants and bars and facilities were superb. This hotel should be top of anyone's list who are planning to stay in Istanbul.

However, in order for the experience to be perfect, it is essential to have a room close to the reception. The hotel itself is fantastic, especially the breakfast and location. However, due to ongoing construction in region for whole Tersane project, access to hotel is not so easy (impossible on foot) and waking up with noice of construction is not so pleasant. That will be surely one of attraction points in Istanbul soon, but currently it is just a very good hotel...

Exceptional Stay in Heart of Istanbul

The new Rixos hotel was absolutely fabulous! From the stunning views to the thoughtfully designed interiors, every detail was impeccable. Its central location made it easy to explore all the historic neighborhoods along the Golden Horn, whether by taxi or private water transfer. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience, it’s an ideal choice for both longer stays and layovers. Highly recommended—I would definitely return! Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

I stayed at Rixos Tersane Istanbul for 9 days. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but unfortunately, the noise from the ongoing exterior renovations affected the comfort of the stay. The hotel's location is beautiful, and the facilities are elegant and well-maintained. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of variety and options offered within the hotel amenities.

Spacious room, clean food and dinning was excellent only issues were the service in restaurants were slow and staff looks lost you don't feel welcomed. But the staff at the front door were nice and Mr. Kaan from concierge were excellent.

This hotel is beautiful but you should keep in mind that Tersane as an area is under construction so there is not much to do around there. Parts of the hotel are also under construction but I didn't feel disturbed by that. Staff are hit and miss. Reception staff were great. Poolside staff less so. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel where you can relax on a sun lounger with amazing views, this is it. If you want to explore Istanbul then perhaps consider staying somewhere more central.

Peaceful Istanbul hotel

Very nice hotel in a new up and coming area of Istanbul. Right on the water. Seems that it used to be some sort of industrial complex before. The main hall is very nice. The breakfast buffet is a dream. Service is impeccable. A nice shout out to the concierge lady. Super helpful. The room was well set, with 2 separate areas which worked well for our daughter and usa. The construction outside was a bit annoying. The shower leaked into the main bathroom floor. But everything else was amazing. Definitely recommended for families, with great views of the city, but without all the noise of the downtown streets.
