“Great hotel and perfect for those going on a cruise at the cruise terminal!”

“Excellent service, tell as how to go around all the attractions. And friendly staff. Room is clean. But not the spa in the hotel is not as good as what I expected. Have had the spa in the hotel, it is a terrible experience. Not recommend to try. ”

“Excellent stay ! Right in heart of everything you want to see. Only thing is a little loud until about 1am but we didn’t mind ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Tidy and neat room. Excellent staff. Best choice for budgetary trip.”

“Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, the best we encountered on our trip to Turkey. Highly recommend.”

“There are many restaurants around the hotel. The location is within walking distance of transit. The staff were very friendly. They are also very helpful in helping communicate with our pickup car driver to overcome our local language barrier. The room was clean. BTW, the street is not accessible by car. “Location and rooms size was perfect!”

“The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the restaurants and Galataport. But, it is in an area for party, which music can be heard till at least 1230am during our three nights of stay. The staff are generally friendly, but cleaning should be strengthened. We found tiny rubbish at the corner of the room. The shower was also……

“Great location with wonderful views across to Topkapi and Hagia Sophia”

“Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.”

“Excellent and new facility. Very clean rooms and great location.”
