Hotelli on helppo löytää ja siinä on viihtyisä aula sekä aamiaispaikka hotellin kattokerroksessa. Huone oli siisti ja tasokas, sekä myös hiljainen. Ilmastointi tehokas ja helposti säädettävissä. Huoneen tilavuus hyvä, eli ei tule ahdasta. Vuoteet olivat mukavia ja on hienoa, että on tarjolla myös kolmen hengen huoneitakin. Hotellin vieressä on pari hyvää ravintolaa, eli hotelliin saapumisen jälkeen on helppo käydä lounaalla tai illallisella. Hotellin respa oli lopulta joustava, vaikka vahingossa olin varannut varauksen vain yhdelle hengelle. Kaksi henkeä onnistui kuitenkin hyvin. Hotellia on helppo suositella ja hotellin hintakaan ei ole paha, varsinkaan jos kolmen hengen huoneessa jakaa hinnan kolmeen osaan matkaajien kesken.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were very spacious and clean

We loved staying in this hotel for nine nights and another three nights with a break in between to travel to Izmir, Foca and Ayvalik. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. However, the best part was the very friendly staff, Şule Hanım at the front desk who treated us like family, Görkem Bey, who offered to help with anything we needed, İsmet Usta in the restaurant, who offered to cook us dishes/ deserts we missed, the gentleman from Turkmenistan who cleaned our rooms, and many others at the front desk and in the restaurant, whose names we can not remember. Each and everyone of them made us feel at home. Gleam Bomonti will definitely be our home away from home as we visit İstanbul with our children in the future. Thank you…
