“Rooms was clean Staffs was helpful and happy to serve Management was very good”

“Lovely staff and a great location. The hotel is charming. Very good buffet breakfast.”

“Mert, the front staff was so welcoming. Check in was smooth. I got a beautiful corner room facing the main street. It felt so centrally located with the tram and bus lines in front. Although you can easily walk towards the Galata bridge and to Dolmabahce on the opposite direction, or straight walk up to Istiklal/Galata Tower areas. Shopping and dining are just behind the hotel. Mert also helped me arrange an early morning ride to the airport.”

“Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.”

“Excellent stay ! Right in heart of everything you want to see. Only thing is a little loud until about 1am but we didn’t mind ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent service, tell as how to go around all the attractions. And friendly staff. Room is clean. But not the spa in the hotel is not as good as what I expected. Have had the spa in the hotel, it is a terrible experience. Not recommend to try. ”

“Great hotel and perfect for those going on a cruise at the cruise terminal!”

“Tidy and neat room. Excellent staff. Best choice for budgetary trip.”
