"Yes room was good. Staff were courteous. When i got to hotel i was told my booking had been cancelled. If i wanted a room i had to pay at the hotel which was more than what i was originally quoted. Location of hotel was good. Near the metro tram and mamaray. Restaurants near by. Gulhane bazaar 2 min walk."

"All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. "

To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ..."
