"All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. "

The concierge was very helpful in giving us itinerary ideas and setting up what we decided to do. The hotel arranged pick up at the airport and back.
