"Checkin was a little difficult but once we got there it was incredible! It's a little far from wverytbjnf but it wasn't a problem as we had a car. It's a little hot despite having one AC upstairs. The major con to this place is directly over the fence there is a RV park shower/hangout area. Every night for 5 nights they are very loud until 3/4 am."

"Nice old big house, very clean, good communications with Giorgia. We lacked some proper kitchen equipment to be able to cook for 12 people but they tried to accomodate us when we mentioned it. The pool is perhaps not for adults, small and shallow. "

"The entire property was extremely well cared for with lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds , a terrific view from patio. We spent wonderful afternoons in the great pool. Marco’s mother was our very kind & thoughtful host. We thank her. The road up to the home is narrow, winding & very curvy about .5 mile "

"From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!"

Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language! Amazing pool area ideal for relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this booking."

"This private Sicilian villa was the perfect week long destination for our multi-family group visiting for weddings in Bagheria and Cefalu. Three levels of comfortable living space, a well equipped kitchen, and numerous outdoor terraces around the large swimming pool gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the wonderful weather and views.
