Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we were quite disappointed that the pool wasn't operational. When we booked, I reached out to confirm the pool would be available, and I was assured it was, with an option to pay extra for heating. Because it was not open, we wouldn't have chosen this location. I would appreciate a refund since the pool was guaranteed but unavailable.Additionally, there's a bird's nest on the outside light next to the back door leading to the deck, which caused difficulties when entering and exiting. We also noticed numerous bees around, likely from a nearby nest, making outdoor relaxation challenging.We contacted the host several times regarding access to the house and pool, and we believe someone entered the house while we were away. Nonetheless, the host was always quick to respond and pleasant.While we truly enjoyed the house, the absence of the pool was a significant letdown.
