We love staying here been a couple times always great.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was spotless. The pool areas were excellent and well stocked. The private beach was the BEST! Thank you to The Henderson team for a wonderful stay!

No staff available on premises. We were four and had only three pillows all weekend. Noone available in spite of getting texts urging one to contact them if we need anything. Room has a coffee maker but no coffee to make

Stunning property. They really take care of you here with a lot of value added perks. Easy to checkout bikes for easy ride to Seaside town.

Overall, our stay at The Inn on Destin Harbor was nice, and I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. We requested an early check-in for 11 a.m. since we were in town for an event starting at 4 p.m. We arrived in the area before 10 a.m. after flying into Pensacola and driving to Destin, but our early check-in request was denied. Regular check-in is at 3 p.m., but we weren’t actually able to get into our room until 3:30 p.m., which was frustrating given our schedule. I had also requested bottles of champagne, and while the request was approved, we never received them. We later learned that we were supposed to pick them up at the onsite bar. We weren’t charged, but with our event timeline, this miscommunication added more inconvenience. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and our harbor-view room had a beautiful view. The room itself could use a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling, as it was starting to chip, but it didn’t affect our stay. The continental breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was very convenient for our event. Overall, not a bad stay—just a few service and communication issues that kept it from being great.
