Brilliant hotel, no complaints, the staff and resort was excellent. Friendly staff, a credit to the hotel, attentive and always there to help.
Facilities was top notch, plenty to do for the family, the kids rino club my kids really enjoyed the staff there were friendly, took full responsibility for kids safety and ensured the kids had plenty to do.
Food was excellent, a lot of options and catered for everybody.
The room cleaners are a credit and ensured rooms were top notch and fully stocked fridge, thank you.
This hotel deserves a full 5 star review and we will hopefully be visiting again perhaps later this year, but definitely next. Hope to see the same staff as they were excellent.
Just 2 minor points, concierge when you calll the 5555 number did not come to the room when they promised we had to go to reception after 10 mins waiting for wrong room number given at check in and card wasn’t working , battery need replacing for door.
Otherwise thank you and see you again, for anyone you won’t regret staying here, especially if you have younger kids
