Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

The hotel is in a great location, right on a canal and close the the main old town square. It's a converted 13th/14th century convent, so a really charming, slightly quirky building. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It was lovely sitting in the lounge looking out on the canal. We had a "Heritage" room facing the Belfry in Grote Markt (famous in its on right, also featured in the movie "In Bruges"). Our room's decor was a bit tired and not as cool as the rest of the hotel or the photos on the website, which was disappointing.
