“The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. “Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. ”

“Pros: The property was excellent, clean, and well maintained.Cons: The host was unreliable and unresponsive. The access code was not provided as promised and was only sent after we chased the host. While we were standing at the property, the host sent an alarming message stating that the property was not available, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Only after this did he allow us to check in.This level of communication is unacceptable and completely overshadowed an otherwise good……
