Very unique beautiful old hotel made up of several converted homes. We were in the Chateau Bauduc Suite which was very large with a very comfortable bed and a separate door that opened up to a beautiful courtyard. The service was excellent and the food was great. There is no air conditioning and our windows opened up to a public space so it was uncomfortably warm until the public space cleared out and we could open the door and all of the windows. The shower had trouble draining but not a huge issue. We had mixed feelings about this hotel but overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it in cooler weather.

I never received upgrade or 20% off food and beverage. It wasn’t even mentioned at checkin. I ask for the 20% off beverage when getting a drink at the bar but alcohol is excluded??

Check was early and quick
Room 902 wardrobe right in way as you open the door poor design otherwise great room
Breakfast to be honest was lacking
Not a lot of staff visible a few things had ran out asked for a glas was about ten minutes before the girl came back with two wet glasses
The attention to detail on previous stay wast there
Got that family feeling on the first visit

Fix the lifts please
"Loved this hotel apart from one thing. The lifts. There were only two and one wasnt working. A d to make it wirse there was no sign to say sorry this lift isnt working. Stairwell was not easy to find."
