“Rooms were slightly out dated with carpet stains and grout stains in the shower. It didnt bother us much though, bed was comfy and included a fan in the room - we enjoyed our stay. I will say the hotel public washrooms were not cleaned. Every toilet in the womens room was filthy, so we waited until our room was ready to use the bathroom. Staff were apologetic and helpful. Nice people and beautiful lobby.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful castle hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also extremely nice with a hot option (like pancakes/sausage) included. Only complaint is that there needs to be some pest control inside, as there were spiders in every corner of the ceiling as well as one running around by my toilet. The grounds were incredible and we wished we had more time to stay and hike around them as others seemed to know……
