“My group is 3 older guys that love to bass fish. This is our 3rd stay at this property as it works well for us. We bring two bass boats, have the boat ramp on the property, leave our boats in the water as it is protected. A couple of items that needed attention from our spring trip this year were both fixed. Good stay and will be back next spring.”

“The Courtney House is a great house! Very quiet location with private ramp and dock for your boat. The house was super clean with plenty of room for everyone. We have stayed at a different house every year when we come down and this one is by far the cleanest. There are rod holders on the dock which was awesome to have! Within the first 30 minutes of being there fishing my brother caught a 22lb blue, then a 10.5lb blue catfish from the dock!! I would highly recommend staying at this house!! We...
