"I loved the property and the amenities. I have been coming to Ocean City over 25 years, I have never paid for early access at any other resort/hotel. We arrived 58 minutes prior to check in and were going to be charged a $50 fee. That needs to be changed especially if it is under an hour."

"The rooms were not clean, and very old. Floors were covered in sand , and there were holes in the walls, and door handles coming off. The worst part was NO HOT WATER. We could not take a shower for 2 days , and when telling the front desk, they gave us attitude. Terrible customer service"

"Will use Shore Point Cottages for my next Ocean City stay. The property manager, Chuck was very accommodating. Property is clean and neat. Great place if traveling with your dog, they’ll appreciate it. Best location, close to stores and beaches. Had a blast and will recommend to my family and friends. ..."
