Currently undergoing renovations. You can still tell it's an older building. The entire first floor rooms are elevated from the lobby and the floor has waves and low spots. The morning staff was undermanned with one gentleman handling the front desk and the breakfast by himself at 8 am. The food showed it as the local cinnamon rolls were dried out, the eggs had been out a while. Our room needs new mattresses, they were worn out.

We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean.

This place is as good as it gets, we stayed here for a week long Whitetail hunting trip with some guys not only is it cheaper, but also way more convenient than our typical hotel stay!Also saw lots of wildlife on property which was entertaining.
