The property is on a ridge overlooking Suncadia’s Nelson Preserve. This is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind from your fast paced life in the city. Spend quality family time in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room. Appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub looking out over the surrounding area. This home was built for family entertaining, with a fantastic outdoor cooking area/bar, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area for everyone. The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking tools you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen island, and the over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

Just outside the great room is a large outdoor cooking area with a TV and overhead heaters. There’s seating for 4 at the outdoor bar. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub. This is a great area to relax and take in the views of the preserve.

The main floor master bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and a smart TV w/Dish. The connecting master bath features an amazing dual head walk-in shower. Just off the great room is a Queen guest bedroom, with a smart TV w/Dish, that is supported by a full bath across the hallway.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The spacious King master suite features a large tile bath and smart TV w/Dish. There is an additional Queen guest bedroom and a fun bunk room with 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunks. These bedrooms are supported by a large guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a double Sofa Sleeper, lounger, a large smart TV w/Dish, and an XBox One S with Game Pass - which gives access to 100's of games online!

The whole family will enjoy air hockey, foosball table, and shuffleboard in the garage game room!

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swimming pool facilities due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **
