Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in.

Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection
No phones in the room and wasn’t informed of this before they gave it to me. Ordered breakfast room service and never received it. Told manager and nothing was done. Very disappointed in my stay there, however the bar and bartenders were excellent.
