Currently going through remodel and owner transfer so property is under construction making amenities limited and unable to rate maintenance or cleanliness though no trash in parking lots or overflowing bins. Cigarettes kept in ashtrays and from doorways. Staff is very attentive and maintain clean well maintained rooms. Requests and guest needs are taken care of in timely manner.

Hotel currently going through chain changes and updating property. So maintenence and under construction currently should not be a reflection. Amenities are limited to what is publicly available. No pool, continental breakfast but they compensate with price and cleanliness and staff professionalism.

Broke down Motorhome in front of doors, cats everywhere, one tried to get into my assigned room. Dirty children wandering around late at night. Room smelled like. Cigarette smoke. Office smelled like Marijuana. The place was discussing.

America's Best Value Inn has taken over this location, and are not currently offering the amenities listed, such as breakfast, pool, and guest laundry. The rooms were clean and looked to be well maintained. Some trash around the parking lot was noted, but, you will have that from time to time. The housekeeper was extremely kind and welcoming, as were the front desk staff, who I understand are also the property managers. Very welcoming people, will definitely stay here again.

It was an ok room. It was a non-smoking room that had a smell to it. Carpet was worn a bit. Some bugs roamed around. Air conditioner worked great. It served it's purpose for 2 nights,

We had a great experience staying at this motel. The manager was super nice, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and were always willing to assist with anything I needed. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was decently friendly but the room took care of the rest of the show. The bed was like there was 2 box springs together it was so hard....we could of slept better on the floor. The shower spit instead of showered. The shower was not consistent hot it would go cold then hat as ever so a shower was pointless. 1 towel in the bathroom for a room w 2 beds. The toilet clogged even after jus peeing. This place was not even correct on the maps given to us by Expedia. I'd never stay here again

This place is awful. Dirty towels, rank odors. The exterior is a pit. One has to walk over debris, avoid a herd of cats and mounds of garbage bags. Fifty bucks. Last time I go budget.

Warned by two different locals, one being a law enforcement, not to stay here. It wasn’t named correctly. Some sketchy people around the site. We didn’t stay here so I don’t know if it was clean or if the staff were nice. We were advised to go to Warrensburg or Sedalia.
