America's Best Value Inn has taken over this location, and are not currently offering the amenities listed, such as breakfast, pool, and guest laundry. The rooms were clean and looked to be well maintained. Some trash around the parking lot was noted, but, you will have that from time to time. The housekeeper was extremely kind and welcoming, as were the front desk staff, who I understand are also the property managers. Very welcoming people, will definitely stay here again.

Warned by two different locals, one being a law enforcement, not to stay here. It wasn’t named correctly. Some sketchy people around the site. We didn’t stay here so I don’t know if it was clean or if the staff were nice. We were advised to go to Warrensburg or Sedalia.

Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating at check in, due to issues in the rooms we had to be moved 3 times due to issues in the room such as busted air conditioning. We still ended up with a broken shower, but at least the inside of the room was clean. The interior corridors smelled very strongly like weed and the place is pretty dated, while I realize that the place is a cheaper price point. There was trash and rotten food on the outside stairwells and walkways. I would not recommend for families as it was a little sketch and smells like pot.

The management here were very nice. Katiebwas attentive to all of my needs. Her suggestions to restuarants and shopping near by were spot on. The hotel seemed to be in a much better changeover than our last stay here. To clean up everything that hey have in the few months Katie and her husband have been here and started managing speaks volumes. A turnover doesn't just happen over night. It takes time, patience and care and you can see that progress. Our room was clean, all room ammenities worked. Coffee pots in the rooms would be nice to have as well as well as more vending macjine options since brkfstvisbt served a more vending machine

We stayed for 5 nights. The property is older and needs upgrades. There had been a pipe burst, and the property manager told us about it and that he was working on it. I had reserved a room with a king bed but was given a room with 2 queen beds, which was okay. There was only 1 bath towel and washrag in the bathroom and they weren't very clean looking so we went to buy our own towels to shower with. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and clean, but we woke up to the toilet leaking. We were immediately given a new, more spacious room with a king bed right by where the pipe burst had been. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower flowed nicely, the water was comfortably hot, and there were more towels and they were cleaner looking but thin. Apparently, this hotel is also a place where people actually live, not just stay for a night or two. We were placed in that building since we were there for longer than a couple of nights. The property manager was a really nice young man. The property is right off the highway, which made it easy to find and get to. The only restaurant we saw close by was a McDonald's. We drove into Warrensburg for any meals and stores...about a 13 minute drive. Would I recommend this hotel...not for more than a night or two since there's a different building for those and I don't know how well those rooms are maintained. But for a longer stay...I wouldn't recommend.

We arrived very late due to a long drive combined with storms.The door was locked but the man at the front desk quickly came and let me in. He had a very friendly and helpful demeanor. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, it was quiet, and we had a great sleep.The room was spotless and decorated minimally and tastefully. There wasn't a lot of shopping/restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but it was just a short drive to find some. We just needed a place to stay on the way to our destination and America's Best Value Inn Knob Knoster met and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience staying at this motel. The manager was super nice, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and were always willing to assist with anything I needed. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was decently friendly but the room took care of the rest of the show. The bed was like there was 2 box springs together it was so hard....we could of slept better on the floor. The shower spit instead of showered. The shower was not consistent hot it would go cold then hat as ever so a shower was pointless. 1 towel in the bathroom for a room w 2 beds. The toilet clogged even after jus peeing. This place was not even correct on the maps given to us by Expedia. I'd never stay here again

Drove all the way down there thinking I had a room booked to be told that I that they didn't have any rooms left and couldn't help me they could have sent me that information several hours before I drove all the way there thinking I had a place to stay so I'll give it a terrible
