A private suite with an Adirondack design and private entrance that comfortably sleeps 2 to 3. We have included ample parking for two vehicles. We are walking distance to the Village of Clinton, NY with its unique shops and eateries! The Suite is 1.5 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We are in the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". You can enjoy the use of our beautiful yard, patio and outdoor fireplace. OUR PRICE INCLUDES SALES AND OCCUPANCY TAX.

The accommodations were perfect. Very cozy and comforting with all the necessary amenities and great little extras from the property owner like fresh creamer for coffee, granola bars, filtered water, extra tooth brushes, etc. My wife and I had a great stay.

Dianne is a very responsive and easy to communicate with. It is clear that she strives to have the best experience possible for her guests. Lovely amenities like high quality snacks, coffee, and tea. The space is well thought out, comfortable, cozy and immaculately clean! We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Amazing property! We felt secluded in the lush landscape of the back yard. Attention to detail is shown throughout the entire property including snacks, seltzer, tea, toothpaste. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Would stay again!

Lovely place

Stayed at the Evergreen Suite for two nights while visiting Colgate for Family Weekend (30minute drive). Very comfortable, lovely decor, super clean, thoughtful amenities, would absolutely stay here again!

Romantic birthday getaway

My daughter and I arrived late and it could not have been easier- parking, unloading and getting in. Dianne’s place is immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. She had coffee, snacks and drinks available. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.

A cozy clean getaway!

We’ve stayed at many homes and this tops the list! So clean and wonderful touches by Dianne. We really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks. The place is so cutely decorated and spotless. Hoping to stay here again for our next trip to the area!

Great cozy stay

Everything was great. The place was cozy, clean, and very well supplied. The backyard was a great place to hang out. The town was nice to walk around and it was just over an hour to Old Forge for an easy day trip. Dianne is a great host and communicated well, we had a great time and would recommend it very highly!

We had a great stay at the cozy and charming Evergreen Suite. The host had thoughtfully and generously appointed the place and we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the cool autumn evening. Highly recommend it.

The decor of this place was so nicely done. It was conveniently located. Less than 1/2 a mile from the downtown area. Across the street from Dunkin’ Donuts and Cliff’s. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Perfect Studio

The property is a large room in the back of the house with its own entrance. It's very spacious and comfortable and Dianne was very accomodating and responsive. I also recommend Nola's Restaurant just down the street.

We were in town for just one night, but we LOVED this suite and wished would could stay longer. It is very well appointed with a separate entrance around back, easy parking, nice patio, beautiful gardens and backyard. It truly has everything you might need! It is high end, but comfortable. We really enjoyed it and the layout was perfect for my college aged daughter and myself. We will definitely book again and recommend to others.

The Best Stay!!!

I honestly can't say enough about my stay at Dianne's place. The bed was super comfy, the shower was outfitted with the most wonderful smelling soaps, there were lots of snacks and things and the coffee was plentiful. Dianne was so quick to respond to any quesitons or concerns I had. It was so quiet for sleeping and reminded me of a cozy cabin in the woods. I will definately be staying here again!!

Charming One Room Suite!

We were dropping off our daughter at Hamilton College. The suite is walking distance to the town square. The room is charming, clean, quiet; with plenty of room for 3 of us. It was stocked with water and snacks as well. We definitely plan to stay again when visiting! Dianne (host) was lovely!

I wasn't sure what to expect prior to arriving. The place was so inviting. The best part was the people. We stopped by the front porch on the way to get pizza and talked with the people there for 30 minutes!

Diane is such a joy to work with. Her communication is always speedy, kind and helpful. The suite is very clean, and decorated so well. She provides snacks, water, and starter groceries . The bathrooms are always stocked with all you need. I have stayed here many times and will be coming back in the fall,

Just perfect.

Dianne is a wonderful host. The property is beautiful. The room is very well done. Just what we needed. Super clean and several the nice little touches. Like yogurt and water in the fridge. Not to mention oatmeal and other goodies. I would highly recommend. Clinton is a wonderful walking town, and Dianne’s place is just a few steps from downtown. We look forward to staying here again soon.
