We had 2nd floor beach view 3 day stay . Stay was pleasant room was old and needs work but we made best of the spa and view. We found Food options limited in Napier most restaurants on the Saturday night close around 8.30pm it’s no gastronomy town. Make a visit to New World and buy some snack options and nice wine and enjoy balcony and view 😳

Light over kitchen flickered. The tv kept changing volume of its own accord. Toilet seat was cracked.The fridge was unsteady and a door shelf in the fridge was broken. Otherwise nice spacious and comfortable room but needed a bit of maintenance undertaken. Handy location
