Coachella Valley Preserve - Thousand Palms Oasis Preserve Vacations from $689

I have been coming here for about 5vyears now! And it's always nice, clean and quiet.

The check-in process was honestly a nightmare. The room was over an hour late being ready and then when we finally were able to go to the room the keys wouldn’t work. They took forever to send someone so I had to walk all the way back to the front. The next day we were still getting ready when housekeeping came so we asked them to come back later but they never did. We called twice to ask and no one ever came. We had to go get clean towels ourselves. Also the bath tub had what looked like the previous guest’s hair all over it and they left a wrapper by the tub as well. Really frustrating. Otherwise the property is beautiful.

Our stay in October was just wonderful! Stephanie was extra helpful in our check-in experience!

They charged us, an additional $40/day for resort services. And $3/day for “donation” for their charity!!!!!!
