“Walk in shower for husband. Room was clean and had all white bedding which brightens the room and allows for clear view if bedbugs were present. Staff were friendly and helpful. I reported an issue which does not need mentioned here and they apologized and noted our room number. No apologies were needed it was a for your information not a complaint. Having hot food available at breakfast is nice. Along with individual ceral for those who can not eat gluten.”

“We were met in the parking lot by someone checking out stating they had a bag of peanuts and found a rodent eating them. No TV ( they had been down for 2 days), the pool was already shut down. Everything was either worn or dirty in the lobby along with the lobby bathroom. Didn’t even wait to bother looking at the room. My husband sent me to our truck to start looking for a room some place else while he spoke with the front desk.”

“The pool was not opened for use. The room smelled like people chain smoked in it for a month straight. We had to buy a can of air freshener and leave the door open. The floor was filthy. We could feel the grit beneath our feet and the bottom of our socks turned black. They definitely needed to perform maintenance, especially the rust and calcium build up in the tub.
