Checking in was an easy process. My TV was broken 3 out of the 4 days that I stayed. The first day I checked in and informed the staff, they told me someone would be here in 2 hours to help me. No one came. Second day I informed them again, they said someone would come in 1 hour. No one came. Third day someone finally came at the end of the day and fixed the TV when it should have been working all the time already. No compensation was given at all. The towels and bedsheets were stained. Housekeeping came and the new towels and sheets they gave me were also stained. The bathroom had pieces broken in it and the mini fridge looked rusted or had some strange brown substance staining the insides. For the amount of money I paid for this hotel ($500), I was expecting a nicer place. The previous reviews told me that it was a little noisy at night, but still a nice hotel in a good area. That was not true at all. The hotel was very run down and there are homeless everywhere around this hotel, so be careful when booking. I would spend the extra money, do not stay here unless it is your last resort.

Amazing and great location and the Buffett breakfast was awesome

The location is so beautiful - a Victorian style mansion. the staff were all so kind and polite and room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious as well.
