Modern dream villa (newly built in 2025) nestled in lush tropical nature above Playa Cedros closed to Montezuma – offering breathtaking ocean views, an infinity pool, and elegant finishes crafted from local materials. Two luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, and direct access to spacious decks provide stunning views of both ocean and jungle. Expansive panoramic windows flood the interiors with natural light and create a seamless connection between house and nature. On the ground floor, a stylish living room and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, and microwave invite you to relax and enjoy; a guest bathroom adds extra comfort. Surrounded by vibrant vegetation and exotic wildlife, this villa is the perfect retreat for those who love both nature and design.

Pristine, newly built home with privacy and quiet. Beautiful landscape and incredible Pacific views. Be up early for sunrise! Perfect space to spend time in the natural landscape. We especially loved the kitchen, eat in space and outdoor patio for cooking and eating our meals. Butterflies, monkeys, and birds! Easy check in, checkout. You will need a 4 x 4 vehicle. We are planning our return this Summer. Thank you Annalen and Joachim for a great stay.

Ive traveled all over the world and this was my favorite stay so far. Tropical, modern, and tranquility. You will need all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive to access the house, but it is well worth it and completely part of the experience. The price was reasonable, and the host was completely available to answer any questions. I plan on making this a yearly stay.
