- This house is in a 64500 sq. ft (6000 sq. m) property. It has 3 bedrooms each with its own air conditioner and ceiling fan, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, front porch
, private pool, BBQ ranch, laundry room, and parking area for 6-8 cars.
It is a 4km away from the town center in which there is everything you need including supermarket, pharmacy, banks, police station, and medical services.
There are several beautiful beaches in this area: Tambor Beach (7km away), Montezuma Beach (11km away), Santa Teresa / Malpais Beach (15km away), and Cabuya Beach (16km away). In Cabuya there is the Cabo Blanco National Park.
We offer an extra room for 3 additional people with its own bathroom, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Each additional person after 11 people, must pay € 20 per night. This is a private room beside the house.
