“The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college.……

“This cozy farmhouse was perfect! It was like staying at Grandma's. There was ample room for everyone to sleep, visit with each other, and prepare for the wedding we were attending. Whether you need a peaceful getaway, attend a race in Beaver Springs, or just visiting family and friends this place has everything you need!”

“We had to cancel our trip, due to an extreme ice storm coming in. While VRBO refunded their portion to my account, the host is refusing to refund their portion, bc we canceled the day we were supposed to arrive. The weather was bad and we weren't willing to risk our lives, or others. We were offered a raincheck to use within the next 90 days, we won't be able to use it due to distance. ”

“Property was clean and well kept. Property was on a highway and the front door is literally 50 feet from that highway resulting in a good bit of traffic noise. The driveway entrance was pitted and uneven and raised concerns about damaging my car as I entered and exited the property. Coffee maker did not work.”

“We loved this unique family friendly stay 30 min away from Penn State for our family with 5 kids! All the essentials were available at the church house (linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). It was a very comfortable and homey. Megan was able to accommodate an early check-in for us and kind enough to leave some goodies for us upon arrival. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved the property and would stay here again. ”
