We are only 3/4 of a mile from downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and all kinds of things to keep you busy. In the kitchen you will find custom cabinets, quartz countertops, newer appliances and high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring that extends throughout the condo. All doors, door frames and baseboards were replaced throughout the condo. The primary bathroom was gutted and re-done, complete with a bidet toilet seat and LED vanity mirror and the 2nd bathroom got a major facelift. This condo has it all! Living room, and both bedrooms have new furniture. The living room is finished with soft colors, a leather reclining sofa and chair, and a 70" Samsung TV. The dining room has a large table and new chairs. You can gaze out the hurricane impact slider door or sit on the patio and see the beautiful ocean, just beyond the board walk. You won't hear noise at the pool or around the complex since we have new hurricane impact windows that are nearly soundproof! The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Plastic or glass? Whatever your preference, we have plenty of dishes and serving items in the organized kitchen. With the programmable coffee maker and a Keurig, you can have your coffee waiting for you in the morning, then go out and sit on the patio and listen to the surf. There is a full-size, nearly new, Samsung washer and dryer in the laundry area adjoined with the kitchen and a window that looks out to a small courtyard. You can keep the front door open all day and let the sun shine through the storm door at the front entrance. The primary bedroom has high end furniture and a new, extremely comfortable king size bed. There is another flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy sleeping on luxurious bamboo sheets. Look out the large window to see the beautiful grounds and pool, and a nice view of the ocean. You will have no trouble storing your items and clothing in the organized closet full of hangers and shelving for all your necessities. The on-suite primary bath has high-end finishes including Carrara marble tile and a 36 inch Pottery Barn style vanity. The second bedroom is finished in a tropical flair with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, and another flat screen TV. There is a large closet with plenty of hangers and an iron and ironing board in case you need to refresh your clothes. Step into the hallway to access the second, updated bathroom. There are beach and bath towels galore, extra sheets, blankets and most every linen you could possibly need. We have 4 beach chairs, a cabana to sit under and several beach bags and coolers so there is no need to drag all that stuff from home. Plenty of beach toys too! Walk out to the patio where you will find comfortable PVC high-top seating and table to enjoy watching the ocean and all its beauty. There is also a twin cot with a memory foam mattress and a Pack N' Play in case you need an extra bed or need to separate your children. You will also find an infant tub and high chair. The condo is equipped with cable, and wifi. I know our guests want all the comforts of home and that's what you will find here! It’s a first floor unit that overlooks the pool and beach. Love that you are literally steps away from the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for your stay. It has been updated with top notch finishes. Furniture and beds look new and are very comfortable, not your typical condo where people typically throw their outdated or unused furniture. When we were looking at various units in the area one of the things we wanted was to be able to enjoy and take full advantage of the beach. The hosts Jan and Byron thought of everything. There were 4 beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella, beach towels, insulated cups, and coolers. We watched a night time SpaceX launch from the condo boardwalk that leads out to the beach which was really amazing to see. They have a full size washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to throw in a few loads of clothes and not have to worry about doing a ton of laundry when we returned home from our trip. Couldn't have asked for anything to be better! Owners reached out well in advance with check-in/out procedures. Location is great and right on the beach. Room was modern, very clean, and has everything you might need, including beach accessories and cooler! The owners also put together a folder with their favorite local restaurants and attractions. The amenities provided were excellent and made it easy to settle in and make ourselves comfortable. There was enough space for everyone, including the baby. The owner was easy to get a hold of and was thorough in providing everything we would need to have a good stay. The immediate private beach access and view made for an unforgettable experience! The unit was updated and very clean. The kitchen in particular is very nice. Quiet community and steps to the beach and the pool! We are not beach people but did stroll down for a few minutes to enjoy the view. The pool was outstanding and it was never overcrowded. We were able to talk with other visitors and just enjoyed watching all of the kids running around and playing. The inside of the condo is spectacular. Jan provide us the option of checking in early or checking out late. We chose checking out late which was great to be able to pack and then unwind a bit before heading back home. In the days leading up to our reservation Jan was extremely flexible. Luckily, the storm remained offshore and we were able to visit as planned. The condo is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Everything you need is here - pool gear, stocked kitchen, and even some pantry items. There is a grill area outside and a Publix down the street in case you want to cook your meals at home. Great restaurants in the neighborhood in case you want to eat out. The condo location is perfect - the pool and lots of grassy areas are right outside the patio door, making it perfect for kids to play within view. We had a great time at this property! Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus! Location to pool and beach couldn’t have been better! Jan checked in to make sure all was ok and if we needed anything. We were almost always able to find parking right outside the door. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. There were plenty of linens and towels. The washer and dryer are huge, which is so nice. We really enjoyed being on the ground level and the pool was right off the patio. You can see the ocean from our patio and it’s shaded morning and afternoon. So nice! This place is really perfect! The owner I conversed with was super nice and responded quickly to my emails. The property manager texted after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our favorite meals.
