Sé que usted disfrute de su estancia en nuestra casa de vacaciones recién amueblado! El salón tiene un acabado de colores suaves, un sofá de cuero cama, sofá de dos plazas y TV, pantalla plana en la pared de 48 pulgadas. En mayo de 2016, reemplazamos la alfombra en toda la unidad. El comedor tiene una mesa de altura de la barra con una tapa de piedra natural y súper cómodos taburetes de la barra. Es un gran lugar para jugar a las cartas y disfrutar de su cóctel favorito. Usted puede mirar por la gran puerta de corredera y ver el hermoso océano, justo detrás del paseo marítimo. El dormitorio principal cuenta con muebles de gama alta y una marca nueva, muy cómoda cama king size. Hay otra televisión de pantalla plana para su placer visual. Mira por la ventana grande para ver los hermosos jardines y la piscina, y una bonita vista del océano. Usted no tendrá problemas para el almacenamiento de sus artículos y ropa en el armario grande y lencería pecho. El armario también es grande, ¡con muchas perchas! Hay un baño principal privado adjunto. En octubre de 2016 destruimos el baño y lo reemplazamos por acabados de alta calidad, que incluyen azulejos de mármol de Carrara y un tocador de cerámica de 36 pulgadas estilo Pottery Barn. El segundo dormitorio está acabado en un estilo tropical con una cama y muebles de mimbre queen size. Gran capacidad de almacenamiento en el armario grande y, por supuesto, otro televisor de pantalla plana. Hay un gran armario con un montón de perchas y una plancha y tabla de planchar en caso de que necesite refrescar su ropa. Entra en el pasillo para acceder al segundo cuarto de baño. Otra novedad en 2016 es una puerta de tormenta en la entrada principal para que pueda mantener la luz encendida durante el día. Hay playa y toallas de baño en abundancia, más hojas, mantas y ropa de la mayoría de todos lo que pueda necesitar. Contamos con 4 sillas de playa, una sombrilla y varias bolsas de playa y refrigeradores así que no hay necesidad de arrastrar todas esas cosas de casa. También hay una cuna doble con un colchón de espuma de memoria en caso de que necesite una cama supletoria o la necesidad de separar a sus hijos. El apartamento está equipado con cable, wifi, un reproductor de DVD y un estéreo portátil de CD. It’s a first floor unit that overlooks the pool and beach. Love that you are literally steps away from the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for your stay. It has been updated with top notch finishes. Furniture and beds look new and are very comfortable, not your typical condo where people typically throw their outdated or unused furniture. When we were looking at various units in the area one of the things we wanted was to be able to enjoy and take full advantage of the beach. The hosts Jan and Byron thought of everything. There were 4 beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella, beach towels, insulated cups, and coolers. We watched a night time SpaceX launch from the condo boardwalk that leads out to the beach which was really amazing to see. They have a full size washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to throw in a few loads of clothes and not have to worry about doing a ton of laundry when we returned home from our trip. If we return to the Cocoa beach area we would definitely book this condo again. ##### Karen B. Owners reached out well in advance with check-in/out procedures. Location is great and right on the beach. Room was modern, very clean, and has everything you might need, including beach accessories and cooler! The owners also put together a folder with their favorite local restaurants and attractions. The amenities provided were excellent and made it easy to settle in and make ourselves comfortable. There was enough space for everyone, including the baby. We are not beach people but did stroll down for a few minutes to enjoy the view. The pool was outstanding and it was never overcrowded. We were able to talk with other visitors and just enjoyed watching all of the kids running around and playing. The inside of the condo is spectacular. Jan provide us the option of checking in early or checking out late. We chose checking out late which was great to be able to pack and then unwind a bit before heading back home. In the days leading up to our reservation Jan was extremely flexible. Luckily, the storm remained offshore and we were able to visit as planned. The condo is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Everything you need is here - pool gear, stocked kitchen, and even some pantry items. There is a grill area outside and a Publix down the street in case you want to cook your meals at home. Great restaurants in the neighborhood in case you want to eat out. The condo location is perfect - the pool and lots of grassy areas are right outside the patio door, making it perfect for kids to play within view. I would definitively recommend this condo for families wanting a relaxing beach get away. ##### Diane W. Beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. There were plenty of linens and towels. The washer and dryer are huge, which is so nice. We really enjoyed being on the ground level and the pool was right off the patio. You can see the ocean from our patio and it’s shaded morning and afternoon. So nice! This place is really perfect! The owner I conversed with was super nice and responded quickly to my emails. The property manager texted after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Looking down the beach in both directions you would see nothing but crowds about 1/2 mile away. Not on our private access beach. Although we live 40 miles closer to Clearwater Beach the drive time to Cocoa Beach was only 20 minutes longer. We will be back after September. ##### Robert V.
