About this property

Lovely Ocean Views!

  • Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been recently renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories, plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach gear and toys. There is even a parking space just for you. (Note, we can only accommodate one vehicle.) Enjoy the condominium patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!

The property is located right next to the beach and interior is updated and in very good condition. The hosts have really made sure the place is well-stocked with herbs and condiments in the kitchen and lotions and first aid items in the bathroom. Nice touch.

We booked this gem for a last minute trip. Price was great, place was STOCKED with anything you need. I know we were there for the beach but we appreciated the ease of using the TV. We’ve been in a few places lately where this was an issue. Steps to beach and walkable to restaurants & Pier!

There were a lot of little touches we didn’t expect. Examples are sunscreen, lotion, powder. We had an early flight and we were allowed to check in several hours earlier than the check in time. Great experience!!!

This place has everything you could ever want and more they went all out to have EVERYTHING you could ever need for a vacation...The place is incredible so clean and so very close to the ocean both bedrooms have a beautiful veiw an area for a cookout and games and beach toys and chairs and just really feels loke home type place..i will most definitely be booking again and can't remember a better vacation Thank so very much

We love the location of this condo. It’s close to beach and Port Canaveral and shopping. Also a very walkable area. The beds were extremely comfortable. It has everything you need for cooking. We love this cute condo.

Great location by the beach and cozy place to stay

My family of 3 had a fantastic mini vacation! We loved that it was walking distance to the beach, clean and quite place. Perfect well equipped kitchen to prepare meals or well located near restaurants if no feeling like cooking. We loved it and hope to return again and of course we recommend it. The perfect spot in Cocoa Beach

Kim was very attentive and helpful, every room has an ocean view, and it's only a few steps to the sand and water! Short drive to restaurants, Kennedy Space Ctr, and the cruise port. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! We could stream through our own apps on the tv which was a nice bonus.We would love to come again!!

Girls trip

This place is everything one could ask for! Convenient to everything, comfortable, fully stocked, well kept! My daughters and I did a girls trip over spring break and had a fabulous time. Seen sunrise multiple times, space x launch/land, walked to pier and restaurants, and beach was within few steps. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS! Can’t wait to book again.

Nice little spot - very hospitable for guests!

Great little spot on the beach. Quiet location near grocery, restaurants, and Ron Jon. Host provides so many little things in the condo to make the stay easy and hospitable for travelers. Got to watch a rocket launch from the beach out front. Space Center a short drive away. Kid enjoyed the beach and playing in the waves. Everyone wants to stay again!

Great hidden Gem

We stayed in this condo by the beach. You can see the beach line from the bedroom windows. The walkway to the beach from the condo was perfect, and the pier is in walking distance. The accommodations were perfect. They have boogie boards, beach towels and chairs in the 2nd room closet. The pictures advertised were very accurate. I recommend this place and plan to come back.
