Staffs were kind. The room was outdated but clean. Towels were tough and aged. Limited dining option near by.

The hotel had fast check in. Customer service was great. Our room was clean when we arrived but no one came in to clean it and give us more towels. We called housekeeping and they quickly brought us more towels. Our stay was great and we would definitely stay again.

The room was clean ...and the staff was ..only 3 stars because the free breakfast could have been better (stale cereal and spoiled orange juice) and you could tell the ice machine hadn't been cleaned in awhile (if ever) ice all the way to the top with lil black specks in it ...upgrade the breakfast bar and clean those ice machines

I will not stay here again. The check in process was not explained by the front desk. I was not told about the $150 security deposit. I was just confused when I saw the extra charge on my card. I went to the front desk to ask about the charge and he couldn’t explain it, but I was told management would call, they never did. I stopped back at the front desk later and another associate did explain the deposit, but that took up way too much time! The hallway on the 9th floor was disgusting.. and wasn’t vacuumed during our 2 day stay, food, trash, dirt.. it was gross!! Our room itself was clean. But only a 1/2 roll of Toilet Paper.. our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, when I asked housekeeping for more toilet paper she said she didn’t have any! I’m sure if I read the fine details better I would see that NOTHING is included with your stay! Parking an extra $25/night, the waterpark an extra $29.99/person, and don’t forget your towel, that’s not included either, not even free coffee anywhere.. $5/cup.. oh and there is no gambling in this “family-friendly” hotel.. which also meant the walls are paper thin and we woke up to a Mom screaming profanities at her kid.. and of course loud group of teenagers that must’ve stacked about 8 guys in one room! The main floor is a giant arcade, but even on a Saturday it doesn’t open til Noon.. so not much to do with your kids til then.. The boardwalk is right outside the door, that’s probably the best thing about it!
