Will you stay here each year for a volleyball tournament and always have to wait on a huge line for check-in. There is a kiosk however they tend not to work. Why not hire someone to stand out by the kiosk to assist the guests and add additional stuff on at the front desk for Large events. Also the sandwich shop/ice cream and coffee place always has a huge line. Why not add another one down by the sport conference area , seems like a Miss opportunity.

Staff not very helpful when you asked for assistance. Absolutely NO view from the room. Windows are frosted over room was very dark, poor lighting. Room was clean. A lot of walking to get to the elevator.
