Being this is a 5 star hotel, it didn’t seem like one.
There were bad stains on the bed head board and the toiletries quality was bad.
Less towels- room service never picked up the phone when I needed another towel.
Some 4 star hotels amenities and service are much better than this.

Not the best place. The person that checked us in was not friendly. The room was old and not inviting. The location, next to the beach and because they accept pets was the only reason I would ever come back.
