"Very spacious apartement just outside the town Montottone. Lots of privacy, three bedrooms with en suite baths, convenient! The kitchen could be somewhat better equiped is my only ‘less positive’ remark. So we had a wonderful 3 days in Casa Tittie"

"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. "We booked to stay here for 3 weeks in August. The road must have worsened a lot since the photos and descriptions were put on the website. The last 25 minutes to the property is on a gravel track with huge holes and steep inclines. It really needs a 4x4. Each time it rains more of the road is washed away. The rain also came in through the doors, windows and chimneys of the property making large puddles inside. 2 days after we arrived we had no water at all for 1 week. Fabio offered to let us...

"Marchetti Villa was the perfect place to stay and explore the Cupra Marittima area. The villa and pool were clean and comfortable for our family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Tommaso met us when we arrived and showed us the house, gardens, pool and fruit trees. Tommaso helped us find a cooking lesson with a local lady, which was a wonderful experience. We had an exceptional fixed price supper at PepeNero and another fine dining experience with farm fresh ingredients at the La Fattoria di Lori....
