“Séjour reposant et au calme. L'endroit est un peu isolé mais idéalement placé pour visiter les environs et profiter d'une grande maison confortable dotée de tout ce qu'il faut. La journée était pluvieuse et donc c'était un désastre avec la boue, mais le propriétaire qui est très sympa et disponible, nous a dit qu'il allé mettre en place du gravier. C'est vraiment nécessaire. Petit déjeuner bon, mais proposer un yaourt ou des options à la farine complète peuvent faire la différence. ”

“Het huis (Castagna) was werkelijk perfect voor ons 2-en. Wat een fijne plek, nadat we 10 dagen in diverse hotels hadden gelogeerd. Lekker ruim en alles was perfect schoon. Het bed opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar. Achter het huis een privé tuin met eettafel en een zitje. Het uitzicht! Van alle kanten kun je zo ver kijken, het is prachtig!! Het zwembad is schoon en goed georganiseerd met eigen plekken, parasols etc. De buitenkeuken (bbq en pizza-oven) hebben wij niet gebruikt maar is werkelijk...

“The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. "El lugar es bonito, bien ubicado, todo queda caminando. El cuarto es pequeño y el colchón un poco duro. No hay donde poner tus cosas en la regadera, estaría bien tener algo pues es muy pequeño. El baño muy bien. Hay refrigerador mini con bebidas con costo, no hay agua gratis. El desayuno bien, completo aunque pocas opciones pero suficiente, sin quejas. Disfrutamos quedarnos ahí. Si volvería y lo recomiendo, el personal muy amable."
