“Struttura pulita e impeccabile, posizione fantastica, Villa da sogno!!! Siamo stati dal 27/12/2025 al 04/01/2026 in 6 adulti e 5 bambini , spazi per tutti e comodità allo stato puro, casa caldissima dotata di camino funzionante e ben tenuto. Un encomio particolare a Michele il proprietario, in tanti anni di viaggi in strutture affittate, è la prima volta che troviamo così tanta cordialità, serietà, e disponibilità. Grazie Michele a rivederci sicuramente presto! ”

“The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) “Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Hele mooie villa in een rustgevende streek. Hele vriendelijke ontvangst en alle accommodaties waren prima in orde. De villa was heel proper met ruime slaapkamers. Heel leuk en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die rust zoeken in een mooie natuur. 1 klein minpuntje: niet alle slaapkamers hebben airco maar in elke kamer is wel een ventilator aanwezig. Algemene indruk is uitstekend!”
