“The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) “Het huis (Castagna) was werkelijk perfect voor ons 2-en. Wat een fijne plek, nadat we 10 dagen in diverse hotels hadden gelogeerd. Lekker ruim en alles was perfect schoon. Het bed opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar. Achter het huis een privé tuin met eettafel en een zitje. Het uitzicht! Van alle kanten kun je zo ver kijken, het is prachtig!! Het zwembad is schoon en goed georganiseerd met eigen plekken, parasols etc. De buitenkeuken (bbq en pizza-oven) hebben wij niet gebruikt maar is werkelijk……

“The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!”
