“Das sehr schöne, große Haus fügt sich perfekt in die beschauliche Landschaft. Das sehr große, umzäunte Grundstück ist ideal mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden. Ein großer Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und diskret. Das perfekte Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Ruhe der Natur. ”

“Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. Fabrizo hat uns ganz viele Tips wegene Müllentsorgung, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Haus bis nach Pesaro Zentrum dauert ca. 25……

“The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) “Unsere Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sauber und funktionierte. Der Verwalter Daniel war einfach perfekt, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants. ”

“Het huis (Castagna) was werkelijk perfect voor ons 2-en. Wat een fijne plek, nadat we 10 dagen in diverse hotels hadden gelogeerd. Lekker ruim en alles was perfect schoon. Het bed opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar. Achter het huis een privé tuin met eettafel en een zitje. Het uitzicht! Van alle kanten kun je zo ver kijken, het is prachtig!! Het zwembad is schoon en goed georganiseerd met eigen plekken, parasols etc. De buitenkeuken (bbq en pizza-oven) hebben wij niet gebruikt maar is werkelijk……
