“Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. Fabrizo hat uns ganz viele Tips wegene Müllentsorgung, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Haus bis nach Pesaro Zentrum dauert ca. 25...

“The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) “Het huis (Castagna) was werkelijk perfect voor ons 2-en. Wat een fijne plek, nadat we 10 dagen in diverse hotels hadden gelogeerd. Lekker ruim en alles was perfect schoon. Het bed opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar. Achter het huis een privé tuin met eettafel en een zitje. Het uitzicht! Van alle kanten kun je zo ver kijken, het is prachtig!! Het zwembad is schoon en goed georganiseerd met eigen plekken, parasols etc. De buitenkeuken (bbq en pizza-oven) hebben wij niet gebruikt maar is werkelijk...

“The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Struttura pulita e impeccabile, posizione fantastica, Villa da sogno!!! Siamo stati dal 27/12/2025 al 04/01/2026 in 6 adulti e 5 bambini , spazi per tutti e comodità allo stato puro, casa caldissima dotata di camino funzionante e ben tenuto. Un encomio particolare a Michele il proprietario, in tanti anni di viaggi in strutture affittate, è la prima volta che troviamo così tanta cordialità, serietà, e disponibilità. “We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality.
