The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

The hotel was in the perfect location, walkable to everything. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great! Our room was spacious and super clean. Quiet! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night, so good! Walkable to the train station, Duomo and bell tower attractions. Lots of shops and good restaurants! Check-in was easy, our room wasn’t ready they took care of our luggage and we just explored Florence. Thank you for a nice stay!

Good hotel, rooms were well equipped and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants, the train station, and the castle. Only possible issue is parking. They have a lot, but it is open to public parking also. Be ready to search for a spot if you're driving.
