The staff was amazing. Leonardo was great! The location is convenient to the train station, coliseum and Pantheon but like anywhere in Rome be prepared to walk a bit.

I really wish I had known this before booking, so I want to make other travelers aware. I booked MyTale because I specifically wanted to stay at the hotel. When I arrived, I found out that my room was actually in a separate apartment building. I had to check in at one location and then take my luggage to another building, which was confusing and frustrating after traveling internationally. The biggest issue for me is that I did not feel this was made clear when I booked. Had I understood that I would be staying in a separate apartment rather than the actual hotel, I would have chosen somewhere else. I’m not writing this because I’m looking for compensation. I simply think guests should know exactly what they are booking before they arrive. If you are considering MyTale because you want the hotel experience, I strongly recommend confirming that your room is actually located inside the hotel before booking. Unfortunately, this really changed my experience and left me disappointed.

Hi. Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. It’s a perfectly positioned property so you are within walking distance of most attractions. It a boutique hotel so it’s small but everything is spaced out nicely and it has everything you could need for an extended stay. Khaled the main concierge gentleman was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed and even went above and beyond to call our tour company when our flight was 10 hours delayed. FYI avoid United airlines at all costs. It’s the third time going to Europe that we have experienced major delays!! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. We will be back for our next trip to Rome. Thanks again!!
